World Record Largemouth Bass Record Broken!
#26
Another thought I had was, this Reocrd Largemouth bass has gotta be great for the fishing industry as a whole. I would think that just about every non fishing publication would cover the story in one way or another, which is great publicity for the sport hence great for tackle retailers and manufaacturers, fishing license agencies, etc... etc...

I know newspapers across the country we're running stories on the bass but has anyone seen any major non-fishing magazines (TIME, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, etc...) running anything on theWorld Record Bass story? There are so many aspects to the story of this fish you would think just about any magazine would have a scoop. If you think about it, there is an economical impact angle, a straight "world record" angle, informational angle, and tons more
