[#0000ff]The handle on the Berkeley lip grippers IS slightly too large for even the thin walled schedule 20 PVC. So, you have two options. 1. Use the larger 1 1/4" schedule 40 PVC (heavier). or 2. Shave down the back and sides of the gripper handle. I chose option 2. I used a power grinder to buzz off the large lip on the back of the handle and then the ridges on the main part of the handle. Yeah, I know, we hate to mess up our tools, but that was the only way I was going to get it to fit in a rack.[/#0000ff]
