New boat sticker required

Sorry, but I am not impressed with your new law. I drove by the Idaho state park and paid my $20 for the sticker. I was asked no questions about where my boat had been or whether or not it had been washed. I was provided no literature, and when I asked where the sticker was to be placed (I already knew the answer, but I wanted to see if she knew) her reply was, "I am sure that if you put it anywhere on your boat that it is visible that will be Ok".
