Mirror Lake is all thawed out. Had intentions of hiking the loop from Crystal Lake TH passed Wall Lake, up to the Divide Lakes last weekend. Ended up stopping at Wall since the snow was still pretty thick up there, and we got socked in with a pretty heavy snow storm when we arrived at Wall. Wall had about 1/4 of the lake with ice chunks flowing around in it. Wall sits just under 10,200 feet. A guy came down from the other direction on Friday and told us that the Divide Lakes were all still frozen solid. They sit just over 10,400. As long as you are staying at lower elevations, you'll be fine. But you get up over 10,300 feet and I would say it will be a crap shoot for the next week or so. Had planned to go to Red Castle on July 7, but at 11,400 feet, I'm not thinking the next two weeks will clear it out. So we'll probably do the Naturalist Basin.
