In case anybody is Lost on the "grouse draw" statement, I will add on the post.
This year the RAC and DWR decided that the Sage Grouse and Sharptail grouse permits should be issued through a public draw system. You will no longer be able to buy permits OTC or online for sage and sharptail grouse.
