Most of the ones that were over the 12 inch mark were just over. Mostly between 12 and 13. I caught one that was probable 15 and my brother caught the big one. What made the day even better is after we had the fish fry we decided to use the rib meat for some catfish bait. My brothers lives out by benson marina so we rigged up the ultralight for the cats. Only fished for about 45 minutes. We both caught 2 fish. They weighed 6,7,7,8.5 pounds. Now that is a lot of fight for a ultralight with 6 lb test line. It was a blast. If we get some nice weather i'll be headed back sometime this week.
