Twin Lakes / Condie Report
#4
Fished Glendale and Twin hard from last thursday till early this morning before coming back home. Camped at Glendale and thats the last time ill camp there, man so many utahns camped in there, not to start a war, and I dont mean it that way, but we had two UT campers pull up right next to us with in spitting distance after I had been set up there for 2 days. Any as for the fishing, you better be off the water by 11 am at the latest on glendale, and its about a week to 10 days way. Lots of crappie on the nests but wont bite, lot of bass hitting from what i did see other catching, and no gills yet. I did catch 5 great sized crappie in 2 hard days of fishing.

On Twin, i echo the statement, on crappie and gills, still about next weekend it should be hot hot hot on these species.

Not sure what happened the last two years on the crappie or descent size gills but it appears they are on their way back, a lot fo small ones but a lot of decent size ones is you will be patient too.

Also, guys, both fish and game and the county sherriff were on the water, and were checking everything on Twin. Including the noxious weed sticker and said that by the middle of june, it would be enforced in Franklin County unless things changed they said and no one from Utah had heard about it so i guess better get the word spread

Any how was good to get out and finally see that things are on the up swing. Happy fishing to all.
