Seems like every year I see big bulls up Farmington Canyon. I think if you went up and scouted it pretty good, it wouldn't be very hard to find a few bulls. There are a few ponds that I always see moose hangin around.
If I were you, I would drive the skyline road (farmington - Bountiful) and glass every canyon you see. You should find a few bulls somewhere in there. I think it would be really beneficial to talk to everybody you see up there as well. People always run into Moose up there and would probably be glad to help out.
