I've heard of this kind of behavior happening on the opener when the fish are stacked in there like that in the past. I've even talked to people that saw people take screw drivers into the bathrooms at the state park so they could undo the toilet paper holders and put the TP in their trailers. Fortunately when I've heard of these levels of misbehavior it seems to be only an opener thing then people either come to their senses or vacate for the most part.
