Lucky Peak-HELP!

Kodiak and Aluma, this info is about 10 days old BUT I got into the trout at CJ just coming out of the narrows on the north side, flatlining rapala's. Have spent a couple hours this year already across from the Airforce ramp (same places as last year) without a single hookup. The ones I caught weren't real big, maybe 12 inches, but are pretty frisky-everyone came out of the water a couple times before I got them to the boat!
