I have just one word (Darwinism) survival of ther fittest. I grew up in Minnesota and I can never recall a single person I know getting excited about catching a stinking trout. Cook each one side by side and you will know why. The best think that could happen to this state would be the introduction of Walleye into more of the waters. You seem to have the elitest/purest mentality that runs the show. What is so special about the yellowstone cuthroat. After the first 5 seconds of fight it's like reeling in a dish rag. In fact I would much rather see the rainbow in the south fork rather than the cuts when it comes to trout.
Let nature take its course and quit trying to control everything around you.
