Ya know I don't cure my roe, I freeze it natural in smaller bags. I use it with a womans nylon Kinda like picking up dog crap with a plastic bag. Use whatever color and make it whatever size you want. Turn it inside out and tie a ball with mono or thread. Works better than cureds roe (at least I'm a believer) [:p] Just keep it in a cooler and it lasts alot longer than you would think. Of course it makes your beer taste a little funny[
