I love to eat trout/salmon as long as they are pink or orange meat. The white meat trout or planters I can't stand or the trout from a very warm mossy lake. I just tried Bass and Walleye for the first time. Not to sure about it yet. It was edible, but I think I need to find a different recipe for fish with white meat. I do like Halibut and Flounder and Perch. I should also learn to fillet and that would probably help with the different ways of preparing white meat fish. Funny thing with me tho, if I had to choose between white planter trash trout or a warm water mossy trout, I would take the mossy trout. I guess I would rather have the trout/fishy taste than no taste at all.
