Nice looking fish there. I have always wanted to fish that area, but never made it down there, yet. I am planning on heading down there this summer some time and do some fishing. I have the boat now, so no more excuses. After catching my first Bass, I may have to get into it a little more. Not quite sure on the eating of bass yet. Tried cooking mine like a trout. It was not to bad, but I think there has to be a better recipe out there. I need to learn the art of filleting fish also. That would help expand the recipe base. I still have a lot to learn, but between the Snake and Ririe, I think I can get the hang of it.
