Thanks for the suggestions guys. I guess my main hesitation is I don't have a spinning setup that would be up to par but do have a 9ft 8 wt. fly rod with floating line and an orvis battenkill reel. I may have to break down and buy a decent setup any suggestions for a reel and rod combo that won't break the bank say 100 bones or less.
