This is all very interesting, I stopped in the Dept of Parks and Rec here in Idaho Falls yesterday, and the gal at the front desk said none of the park and rec offices would be carrying the stickers for sale right in the office, everyone had to mail them into Boise or do it over the net. She didnt seem to know a whole bunch about the sticker and was surprised that any one could walk into a park and rec office to buy one direct. She did say they were going to make a mass mailing if you had your boat registered over 2 years. Ill see if i get one in the mail or not, but still going to get one going in the mail. Keep a copy of what you send in with you for proof that you sent it in if you get checked, CYA. Not that i dont trust any one, but, I would keep it in case. Good luck to everyone.
