Yes, under 10' no charge...but that is also saying that a 10' boat WON'T transmit it but a 10'1" will. It is flat out stupid!

Understand, fishers are not the only worry for these species. JET SKI'S (which I might add are under 10') WATER SKIING BOATS. So all you that hit Yuba, Powel, etc...this means you. Don't blame it all on tourist.

As far as the species sticking to a vinyl boat more than a canoe...FALSE! If you are in the midst of them either is at risk although tuffer on a smooth surface, but I am sure you are referring to the frame and the fact you are also in the water..

I got my license before the $16. hike and I can say, this will more than likely be my last season. If Idaho could pull their collective idiot heads together and go with the 365, there might be a change.
