Ya, I'm sure our tribal counterparts are just like any other race of people: you have some really good ones, and you have some jerks too. I do appreciate what they have done for conservation, but alot of it is cancelled out by actions that make me thing they are only thinking (and acting) for themselves.
The thing I'm saying is that downriver fishing is the problem; where you have many different ESU's or subspecies that can't be discerned. They should have to respect the wild and endangered fish just like we do, and only fish for hatchery fish in areas where you can narrow down what subspecies of Chinook you are fishing to.
