Just curious. I don't get the paper and I usually don't watch the local news any more since they're usually wrong or 3 days late, so did they actually make a significant notification effort on this law? I haven't heard it on radio, or on T.V. yet. The only place I've heard it was on this board. I would figure they would at least send out a postcard to people that have registered boats in Idaho so that we would know about it. So has anyone seen it mentioned elsewhere so far?
