New boat sticker required

Ya I hesitated to say anything positive about it, because I don't mind $5 if it has potential to do good, but I feel you guys that have to pay bigger fees. I think felt boots (which I use too) are more dangerous than pontoons or small boats, especially for nz mud snails, which I still haven't seen in the wild, I've seen most of the other invasives (mostly not in Idaho though). I hope we can keep them out of our neck of the woods.
