steelhead radar?

In the winter months Dec-Feb I fish for larger rainbows 20-30inch out of CJ strike & the Snake that runs out of it. I cought many tagged fish there. Seems the ID Power Co. tags'em for info gathering. They say you call the info in and get entered in a drawing but I hav't won anything in 12-tags in the past 4 yrs. Hope I'm helping the trout in some way though by reporting the info...
