Amazing filet technique

Man that is awesome, thanks for the info. I have fillet alot of fish but always had a struggle with the big kings. I even bought a bigger filet knife to take a whole side off at a time...[crazy] I need to try this it looks easy to rememember. Hey if you do get to the Russian river for reds you will probably want to filet your salmon there on the river before you leave. They have filet stations set up along/in the russian where everybody fishes which makes it very convenient. The bears love it too though, so keep a watch over your shoulder, I see bears there every trip. Good luck and great fishing.
