Spring Runoff ~ How does it affect you?

I've still been trying to hit the river. When the wind isn't blowing like crazy it is usually alright. These past two days I have got skunked though. So I went to Roberts pond a couple of times and caught a planter and some perch. I'm hoping to get some good still water fishing in tomorrow.
