Spring Runoff ~ How does it affect you?

Run-off is one of my favorite times to fish, I have found the fish don't care what's going on around them. They are Aggresive, I have caught some of my biggest fish during high water. Those big browns that are hard to find most the year are feeding during high water, day or night.
