Well, I had to cancel a trip with a couple of you guys in Challis/Clayton this past weekend and I appologize. Had some emergency as I explained and it was a 
day. but I did get on the little Salmon late Sat. afternioon and all day yesterday. They seem to be smaller fish there but man we got into'em Sat night. I landed 8 in 3 hrs only one keeper and my buddy landed 6 w/2 keepers. One of his was 32" w/good color & that's the largest we saw. I never did break out the fly gear, I felt pressed for time [:/]
yesterday was slower but couldn't get into our honey hole either...Still picked up another 2 keepers each I landed another 6 my buddy 10. Hot fishing in there right now but they are on and off, not really any in between. You are either on'em or not[cool] They favored orange on this trip or I was picking them up on my egg patter glow bugs fies. I cheated and was using flies on my spin cast[shocked]
