Danzilla, did you rig Kent's? If you've had hands-on with it, then I'm sure you did what worked best. Unless the bulb is faulty, which is pretty commonplace. It even sounds like that may be the case since he has to pump during the day. And the bulb is usually the culprit.

The method I described above is how my boat is rigged, and I had it rigged that way based on how most of the walleye pro's rig theirs. I've never had a problem. I pump both bulbs when I launch and never touch them again the rest of the day, even when switching between my 200 and 9.9 all day.
