Turkey fan mount

Dan Johnson at Wilderness Taxidermy in Syracuse, but they are pretty easy to do yourself just pick up one of the mounting kits at one of the sporting good shops, usually under 50 bucks. I'm not a taxidermist and I have done two, one each for the wife and I and I think they turned out pretty good.
