You don't have to combat fish, thats what we thought until we learned how to steelhead fish[laugh]just kidding, it is true the most of the fish are usually caught where the people are. Find any decent hole fish it like you know there is fish in it and you should catch fish. If you drift fish i prefer roe, if you don't know how to rig it let me know, my brother also does good popping a spoon along the bottom. If you're fly fishing, this time of year if the water is clear use a very small orange glo bug or something to that effect, if water is murky use black. Good Luck.
