I was fishing just off of the Coalville exit last year by the RV Campground and saw a couple of guys fishing with worms right off the bridge. I asked them if they had had any luck. They said no, and when I saw that they were fishing with worms, I said "I didn't think you could fish with worms up here." They just shrugged and I went about my business.

After fishing a hole just upstream from them for a while, I saw a Fish & Game vehicle pull up. I got to watch him give these ignorant, SOB's a ticket.

If you don't know the regulations, STAY OFF THE RIVERS!! It's people like this that ruin things for the rest of us, including trespassing!
