Float Tubing around Preston

I know Foster is totally open, and on Saturday I saw that Treasureton had quite a bit of open water. I'm sure it's mostly, if not all the way open now. I hit Deep Creek on Tuesday. It had quite a bit of ice in the middle, but along the dam, and some of the coves were totally open. I had a couple of hours to fish before I had to leave for work. Well, I got six really hard hits on leech patterns, but for some reason no hookups. I think I'll head back on Sunday armed with some chironomids and scuds to mix it up a little. Oh yeah, Weston has some open water at the upper end, but it was fairly shallow and really off color.
