Maghunter, you are not the only person with Alaska experience that I have heard tell that same story comparing Chinook in Alaska vs Idaho. Half or maybe more of it has to do with the type of water you are fishing in. Riggins is the whitewater capital of Idaho and you are sometimes fishing amongst whitewater rafters. If you can land some before the last two weeks of June though, they are as hard as an anvil even though they have been in fresh water for 4-6 weeks. As for pictures, I have albums upon albums.
