Yes, from what I have read, that is a VERY popular and crowded spot on opening weekend. There are a few other shore access areas, but not many. Other "Popular areas include the Henrys State Park, the Outlet, the Hatchery, Wild Rose Ranch, and the Cliffs" according to Bill's book.

Otherwise you can rent a boat at Wild Rose as a boat is your best bet as shore access is limited on Henrys.
