And isn't it wonderful that the fancy sticker is going to cost said amount, so that is money right there that is NOT going to fix the problem.
It would be soooooo much easier to just raise the licenses.....OH WAIT!!!! they are. April 15th the license goes up $16. per person! $96.......good thing I quit smoking[laugh][laugh]

But what about the pelicans? Got a plan for them?[Wink]
