Lived in the southwest part of the state most of my life except when my job took me to places like Florida ,Colorado, Washington, because I worked for a government contractor. Did all my schooling here and graduated Borah in 79. Married too many times and got a couple of kids to prove it. One girl 23 years old and out on her own and a 5 year old boy with the current wife Mickala. She will probably be a keeper because she likes to hunt and fish and most of all she lets me. I had a 19ft Duckworth jet that I went in halves with my dad but when the little one came into the picture I had to sell my half back to my him but he does let me use it on occasion. I work for the State for now (knock on wood) and hope to retire from there in around 10 years
I like to fish for just about everything and have caught shark to freshwater lingcods and everything in between. I believe in only keeping what you'll eat. Best fishing was an 8pd walleye and a 5pd 13oz smallie Banks lake Wash. Then the 57 inch sturgeon on the mouth of the Columbia was a blast too. I've fished most of the state but mainly the west side. I know there is a lot more to fish so I joined this forum to help and be helped.
My biggest passion right now is bow hunting for big game. I like the solitude and more of a one on one with the animals at close range you can't beat it.
