Hope you river fish better than you ice fish or you might not be eating tonight
...just kidding...the way I've been cooking my fish lately is to fillet them,spray olive oil pam on both sides and then season with a cajun seasoning (sold at sportsmans and wally world). Throw the fillets on a hot skillet for a few minutes each side and your done...fillets are nice and moist and taste great!!
