Thank You Mr. Rubber Leggs

I decided to hit Henry's just below Saint Anthony yesterday and had a blast! Caught a bunch of fish, most were 12-14 inches, and missed even more than I caught. Most were browns, but did catch a couple whitefish. The highlight of my evening was landing a 4lb hog of a brown. I haven't had a trout fight like that since I can recall. It must have taken me 10-15 minutes to land him. I caught the big guy on an olive, bh wooly bugger. Was also catching a bunch on a hare's ear. I think having a little big of flash on the h.e. nymph helped too. All in all, it was the most fun I have had casting a fly in a while! []
