Go to forum settings at the top, just above the posts. click on it and then halfway down there is the option for user icon. click on browse in that box, it will let you find a pic file that you can then upload. just make sure it's been shrunk down small enough for the server to handle it. Once you've selected it click upload. It should then show up.
