Who's ready for Henry's Lake????
#47
One method I have used in boats with lots of people is trolling very slowly with fly rods. After you find the lanes in the weeds you can put two rods off the back and two out the side. I like to sweep my rods towards the front of the boat in various motions so the fly has action like it would if you were stripping it. Just give it a short stroke forward and then let it fall back a couple of inches to a couple of feet.

This is a very effective and relaxing way to fish in a "party" boat. The advantage is you still get to play the fish on a fly rod. Because of the speed of the boat it is usally best to use type III or lv line. If you have an electric trolling motor you could go with type II.

If the wind is blowing you can go to the top of the holes and just let the wind blow you across (The Henrys Lake Hop). I also do this in my pontoon when the wind is blowing.
