I would agree with Jigs, anything coming over Lower Granite now is probably not going to affect our fishing this spring. Unless you're fishing the Snake around the confluence maybe. I honestly haven't watched the counts this year, but the best year I ever had there was over 300,000 fish over Lower Granite, and that was fall fishing.
