There have been several times on windy days that I have caught fish on bad casts or sudden wind gusts drives the fluttering back towards me. Just as the fluttering fly hits the water a fish comes surging out of water to grab the fly.

Trouble is when I have tried it on purpose I just can't get the right english to make it successful.
