I would say with not fly fishing that some really good baits are 15 yellow and red Panther Martin so you can very your speed from very slow with still getting the spin, to also using something like a frog colored Flatfish. Seems the flatfish usually work really well around the cliffs cutting toward Staley Springs. With the Panther Martins I get alot of fish coming from the hatchery back across to the state boat dock, generally very slow to where you can barely feel a spin.
