I got a small boat last year and started learning how to troll. The only place I caught any kokanee was Rire. We did well using small flashers or dodgers with wedding rings tipped with shoe peg corn. It can be fairly fast fishing up there, especially in the morning. Once all the water skiers show up the fish go down deep and its harder to find them. The fish only get bigger as the summer goes on until they spawn. Jackson Laker is the authority on Kokanee in Palies, there are some really nice sized fish in there, but I never had any luck.
