I am at work today, but my dad got the boat out around 11. He just called and gave me a report. The water temp was around 46. He has been fishing main channel points and shallow creek flats, w/ jerks, cranks, and traps. Said he has caught 2 keepers today, best being a 3 1/2 lber. Seems to me the fish just aren't up yet on Watts Bar. I'll keep everyone updated if he calls back and gives me another report.
