Sorry if it came across that I was calling you a poacher. I simply stated, if you have 6-8 fish in your livewell at Henry's you're poaching (or anyone for that matter). Yes, if you have other people in your boat (at least 4 more licensed fishermen/women) it makes a difference. We all make mistakes, no big deal.
I read you had 6-8 fish in your livewell. Not 'we' as you later stated. I just called them as I saw them. If you say you had 6-8 fish in your livewell, I (and I'm going to guess a few others) just figured you caught them, because I doubt they'd jump in there by themselves.
