I use a Coleman rechargeable pump to blow into the open hole of my 'toon/tube with the Boston valve out to do a quick 95% fill. Then screw the valve in and top off with the double action hand pump like in your pic. I can inflate a tube or 'toon in 2 minutes flat, though framing and rigging the 'toon takes longer.
Using the Coleman through the actual Boston slows it WAY down. It's easy enough to do a bulk fill through the un-valved hole and slap the valve in place.
That K-pump is nice for its size and max pressure, but it's $$$+ no?
