The old Capt got it right. If my many licenses will double, I'd best be seeing some improvements to the boat launches. That would have been a good idea for the stimulas package. I guess they forgot that one.[:p] Maybe more stocked birds to make it worth while to go out opening day. If it just goes to the general fund, than it will be wasted again.[crazy]
