I have to say that this has been the hardest thing for us to adjust to out here. With the confusing rules and regs it is very difficult to be sure when we are legal and when we are not. Florida's F&G was a kitten compared to ID's F&G's mountain lions. In over 25 years of fishing in FL I only got checked one time. Here I have been checked 3 times in less than two years! Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of law and order but sometimes it does seem a little excessive.
I want to ensure that I teach my kids to respect the land and its resources as well as the laws that govern them. It would be great if Idaho F&G would help us reach that goal by presenting its rules and regs with verbage that leaves little room for personal interpretation.
