Freshwater Mussels?

I'm pretty sure that there is a restriction in Arkansas about transporting the freshwater mussels across state lines. I know almost every form of gamefish in Arkansas has restrictions against transporting across state lines, so assuming the mussels are in that category also. I know there are certain species of mussel here that we cannot use for cut bait and at least one that we cannot even handle.
