I agree with both of you. If you see someone violating the law feel free to turn them in, just be careful though, my friend was up there last year having one of those days that nothing could go wrong, he caught so many fish (legally) that someone thought he must have been breaking the rules. The fish and game met him in the parking lot and spent an hour going through his boat and questioning him and the kid that was with him. All was fine but it was a huge inconvenience for him and the game warden.
