Where have you been do you think that this yr is the only yr that they have caught people using live bait I meen really. It has been going on for yrs and thats why they have fish and game to patroll what they can. What you are doing is a waste of your time people will still continue to use live bait winter or summer and yea it sucks but there is not much you can do about it. So all I can tell you is go to daniels fish enjoy it and stop trying to play fish cop it will do you no good let the fish and game play that part. I know it really sucks when people use live bait and also keep a fish that is under the limit but all you are going to do is piss people of when they see you writing there license plate number down and not only that you are not going to be able to prove it so good luck to ya. Just enjoy your fishing man trust me it will do no good. All I have started to do is ignore it and hope for fish and game to show up and trust me it will catch up with them someday whether it be when you are there or not.
